Increased glycolytic capacity and ATP synthesis-linked mitochondrial respiration in the heart primordium after heartbeat initiation. Analysis of OCR and ECAR was carried out using a Seahorse XFe96 Bioanalyzer to assess mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis.
