Similarity networks in the activity of vehicles in the BRT system Metrobús. (a) Size of the largest connected component (LCC) as a function of the threshold value H for the similarity between segments. Three particular LCCs obtained for \(H=0.05\), \(H=0.1\) and \(H=0.357\) are presented in panels (b)–(d), respectively. \(H=0.357\) is the lowest value of H that produces a connected network including the 214 segments. All figures were created using python 3.8 and the matplotlib (3.4.3) package (https://matplotlib.org). Networks in panels (b)–(d) were created using the networkx (2.6.3) package (https://networkx.org).
