Hsa-miR-494-3p binds to 3′-UTR of HtrA3. (A) A target binding site between the 3′-UTR of HtrA3 and hsa-miR-494-3p; (B) Luciferase activity was significantly decreased in HK2 cells co-transfected hsa-miR-494-3p with wild-type 3′-UTR of HtrA3, but not in cells transfected with mutant 3′-UTR of HtrA3.
