Heat map with the relative abundances of the bacterial phyla in the wet, dry and extreme dry (ex-dry) uncultivated, non-rhizosphere and rhizosphere soil, and the endophytes of the roots and seeds of Ricinus communis L after 2 (m2), 4 (m4) and 6 months (m6). Wet soil was adjusted to 50% water holding capacity (WHC) with distilled water twice a week, dry soil once every two weeks and extreme dry soil once a month.
