For each species separately, mean (+ SD) proportion of trials in which macaques stored food, in which they collected more food after storing one piece, in which they retrieved food which was not visible to the most dominant, while “dissimulating”, or when dominants were involved in aggressive interactions with other individuals. Significant differences between species are marked with an asterisk.
