(B) The correlation of the cell lines’ tissue origins (X-axis) and their HOX codes (Y-axis). Majority tissues correlated well with their HOX codes. It is noteworthy that prostate tissue displayed a high correlation with its HOX code (C) AdPCa and NEPCa tumors displayed high and low correlation with prostate HOX code, respectively.
