Dual immunofluorescence staining of HOXB13 with prostate basal epithelial markers cytokeratin 5 (CK5), cytokeratin 14 (CK14), or with prostate luminal epithelial markers NKX3-1. HOXB13 expression was detected in prostate luminal but not basal epithelial cells.
