(A) Distribution of lipids from each class was obtained by finding the total ion area of each class from each sample, and the class signal as a proportion of the total ion area were obtained. Data represents an average of each treatment group to obtain a qualitative view of the class-based distribution between samples. N = 5 samples per treatment group (B) The proportion of lipids with a given number of double bonds across both acyl chains was obtained by finding the average percentage distribution of each double bond count in each sample.
