Moderate: lens edge uncovered 25% to 50% of the dilated pupil; (C) and (C1). Severe: lens edge uncovered greater than 50% of the dilated pupil. All images were taken during the operations by Doctor YX Jiang. Written informed consent was obtained from all the participants.
