Preoperative X-ray and CT showed that L3–4 vertebral body destruction with sequestrum formation, intervertebral space stenosis and psoas abscess (red arrow). (g,h) Postoperative X-ray showed iliac bone graft and internal fixations were in good location. (i–l) CT and X-ray taken at 6 months after operation showed solid bone fusion between L3 and L4.
