Pair-wise Y2H screening for interactions among nine genes involved in Met chain-elongation pathway. (A) Combinations of proteins used in Y2H assay. Transformed yeast with indicated plasmid combinations was plated onto SD media lacking Trp and Leu. Plasmids pPC97 and pPC86 carry GAL4DNA binding domain and GAL4 activation domain, respectively. (B) Transformed yeast with indicated plasmid combinations was plated onto SD media media lacking Trp, Leu, His and containing 1Ā mM 3-Amino-1,2,4-Trizaole (3AT).
