Apoptosis in B16 melanoma cells by APL: This was determined by Annexin V-PI staining after 24 h treatment with vehicle (A) or APL (Psiadia lithospermifolia) at different concentrations such as 1 µg/ml (B), 10 µg/ml (C), 25 µg/ml (D). The data presented are representative of three independent experiments. Bar chart (E) shows quantitative data of average of three independent flow cytometry experiments with apoptosis in APL groups relative to vehicle controls.
