Dual immunofluorescence was performed using the eosinophils marker MBP (green) and the CEA Monoclonal Antibody (RED). Nuclei stained with DAPI (blue).Both double-labeling immunofluorescence assays were performed in lung section because of their positive induced in eosinophils .
