Pharmacokinetic studies of NZX. Mice received a single dose of NZX 33 mg/kg through intra-venous route (n = 3 at each timepoint). The maximum observed mean concentrations for intravenous dosing was 61 mg/l after 5 min and the terminal half-life was estimated to 42 (± 5.6) min. After 240 min the NZX was not detected in the circulation.
