From: Evidence of hydrogen trapping at second phase particles in zirconium alloys
1H−, 2H−, Secondary electron and 56Fe16O− images, the 2H−/1H− ratio and an image of the 56Fe16O overlaid on 2H− image of ROI 4 from the Zy-4 sample showing the total counts summed over 6 image planes. The ROI was implanted with 4.0 × 1017 ions/cm2 prior to imaging and imaged with a current of 1.34 pA, a dwell time of 4000 μs/pixel and 256 × 256 pixels over a 50 μm raster size.
