The relative abundance of gut microbiota at genus level. Significant increases in the abundances of Bacteroides (A), Oscillospira (B), Parabacteroides (C) and Prevotella (D) and decreases in Allobaculum (E) and Lactobacillus (F) in male LPS-treated compared to male saline-treated mice were detected.
