The colors (green or orange) reflect the impact that each genus has in predicting a particular phenotype when higher in abundance. For example, higher abundance of Lactobacillus contributes to the prediction of a higher skin hydration (green), while higher abundance of Bergeyella drive the prediction of lower skin hydration (orange). The legend on the right shows the color code for each phenotype values.
