Determination of the effective dose of EGF and urea. Sperm cells were incubated for 30 min with different doses of EGF (0, 1, 10, 100, and 1000 ng/ml) and urea (0, 20, and 40 mg/dl), followed by progressive sperm motility (CASA) and DNA fragmentation (TUNEL test, n = 5) studies. The data was analyzed using the Tukey test. Numerical values are shown as mean ± SEM. Different letters (a, b, c) indicate significant differences between treatments at P < 0.05.
