FA exhibited a positive correlation, meaning that higher FA values are associated with higher MMSE scores. RD was negatively correlated with MMSE, showing that lower RD values are associated with higher MMSE scores. Overall, these results suggest that higher WM integrity is associated with higher general cognition.
