Principal Component Analysis were generated with an in-house code and plotted with GnuPlot 5.4 software (http://www.gnuplot.info) as energy histograms: reduced (left) and untreated (right) β2GPI. The degree of variation is greater in the reduced protein, with larger areas of red seen, whilst the oxidized protein remains fairly stable with smaller areas of red. This suggests greater flexibility in the reduced protein.
