Trends in CFRSD-CRISS during PEX treatment. “Spaghetti plots” of raw CFRSD-CRISS data identified a cohort with a sustained decline in symptom burden (a) and a cohort with an initial decline and terminal rebound in symptom burden (b). These distinctions were modeled using a linear mixed model (c), adjusting estimates for any difference in CFRSD-CRISS between sustained and non-sustained symptom responders at PEX onset. Curves around each estimated trend reflect 95% C.I. of parameter estimates.
