(d) Bioluminescence signal from transduced PDX cells cultured in well plates. Each culture is assigned a yellow shape, and this aligns with the cells implanted into animals in caption E. (e) Bioluminescence signal from transduced microtumours in Microwell-mesh implanted into mice.
