(A) Experimental procedure. pPB-Gfa2-EGFP, pCAG-PBase and pCAG-mCherry were co-electroporated into the mouse cerebrum at E15.5. Coronal sections were prepared at P30 and were stained with anti-RFP and anti-GFP antibodies. (B) Experimental design.
