GBR2 expression had significant positive correlations with infiltrating levels of CD8 + T cells, CD4 + T cells, macrophages, neutrophils and myeloid dendritic cells. (C) Relationship between GRB2 and EGFR in LUAD. GRB2 expression showed a strong correlation with EGFR expression after adjusting tumor purity in LUAD. (D) Prognostic values of GRB2 (n = 2437) in LUAD (OS in Kaplan–Meier plotter). Line in red with high expression while in black with low expression. Low expression of GRB2 was connected with better over survival.
