(c) Experiment 2 measured the growth dynamics of mixed population tumor spheroids in 4.5 g/L glucose and 0 g/L glucose, in physiological (7.4) and low (6.5) pH, and with (in dark gray) and without (in light gray) glutamine to evaluate differences in growth due to the presence of a secondary nutrient.
