The second the third columns list the mean ± SEM for each measurement from the control group (sham saline) and RT + aPD-1 treated mice, respectively. The fourth column lists the t statistic for each measurement. The last column indicates the corresponding P value for Student’s t test. Microglia from RT + aPD-1 treated mice had fewer branch endpoints compared to the controls. Microglia characteristics were similar with regards to soma surface area, number of primary branches, number of secondary branches, and total branch length between the two groups.
