Avidity index (AI). AI for the CSP mAbs determined using 2 M Sodium Thiocyanate (NaSCN) wash method against (A) FL-CSP antigen or (B) NANPx6 antigen. Avidity was also determined using washing with a serial dilution of NaSCN against (C) FL-CSP antigen or (D) NANPx6 plate antigen. Mean data and individual values from three or more independent experiments arranged from highest to lowest. Comparisons against mAb 317; (*) indicate level of significance for mean differences estimated by ANOVA and p values corrected for multiple comparisons by Tukey’s method.
