Immunoblot analysis of P75 homologue and FBPA proteins isolated from L. vannamei. Samples of purified native P75 homologue (a, 0.24 µg) and FBPA (b, 1.2 µg) were subjected to SDS-PAGE and either stained with CBB or immunoblotted with 1:10 dilutions of sera from shrimp-FDEIA patient nos. 1–8 and healthy subjects (H1 and H2).
