Knockdown of DAAM2 under normoxic (8% O2) and hypoxic (1% O2) conditions. Cytotrophoblast expression of DAAM2 mRNA was significantly knocked down under both normoxic (A) and hypoxic conditions with siRNA against DAAM2 (siDAAM2) compared to the negative control siRNA (siNegative).
