STAT3 inhibition interferes with CCL3/CCL4 secretion and IFNγ production in NK cells. NK cells were incubated under normoxia or hypoxia for 16 h and treated with IL-15 alone (A − C) or in combination with IL-12/IL-18 (D) for additional 6 h in the presence or absence of STAT3 inhibitors (S3I-201, stattic) as indicated.
