LLL12B inhibits STAT3 phosphorylation and the expression of its downstream targets, CyclinD1 and Survivin in D283 (A), D425 (B), UW426 (C), and UW288 (D) human medulloblastoma cells. Cells were seeded and allowed to adhere overnight, and then treated with different concentrations of LLL12B (from 0.5 to 2.5 μM) for 16 h. P-STAT3 (Y705), STAT3, CyclinD1, Survivin and GAPDH levels were analyzed by Western blots.
