Effects of anticancer drugs on the viability of PDAC cells. (a) Anticancer drug resistance assay in 3D cultures of 6 PDAC cells. The dose responses (10 or 100 μM) of the cells to gemcitabine, 5-FU, and abraxane were determined using the ATP assay. Results are presented as the means ± SD from three independent experiments. (b) qRT-PCR analysis of transporters in the 6 PDAC cells in 3D culture. Results are presented as the means ± SD from triplicate measurements. The results are shown after normalization to the values obtained for PK-8 cells (value = 1).
