Accumulation of CD25890 during growth. The wild type strain (WT), the \(\Delta\)CD25890 mutant, the complementation strain (CD25890C) (A) and the spo0A mutant (B) were grown in SM and samples were collected at 6, 8, 10 and 12 h after inoculation for western blot analysis using anti-CD25890 antibody (* cross-reactive species).
