(A) The comparison between patients with esophageal cancer versus control individuals showed significant overexpression BIRC5, APOC2, CENPF, STMN1, and HNRPC in patients with esophageal cancer. (B) BIRC5, APOC2, CENPF, STMN1, and HNRPC significantly overexpressed across all stages in patients with esophageal cancer. (C) The comparison between patients with stomach cancer and healthy control showed significant overexpression of CST1, INHBA, ACAN, HSP0AB1, and HSPD1 in patients with stomach cancer. (D) Assessment of CST1, INHBA, ACAN, HSP90AB1, and HSPD1 in different stages of stomach cancers showed a significant overexpression of these genes across all stages in patients with stomach cancer.
