Blood concentrations of Proleukin and S2A following s.c. injection. Mice (n = 5) were injected subcutaneously with the indicated doses of Proleukin or S2A. Blood was then collected at 10 min, 30, min, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 24 h, 30 h, 42 h and 72 h. Levels of Proleukin or S2A were measured by ELISA. Bars represent SD.
