The plots in the lower triangle show the relationship between two peaks for responsive and unresponsive classes; this relationship is in terms of the normalized intensity. The diagonal shows the distribution of the normalized intensity of each peak; the y-axis indicates the frequency while the x-axis indicates the normalized intensity. The upper triangle shows the person correlation for the relationship between two peaks for responsive and unresponsive classes.
