This shows the list of top 15 genes arranged based on the total number of variants in each gene, and the percentage following each gene represents the ratio of tumor samples with its genetic alteration to the total samples. Colored squares indicate the mutated genes, while gray squares indicate the non-mutated genes. Note 1: The oncoplot was depicted with 115 cases which are available for the genetic alterations of APC. Note 2: Variants annotated as Multi_Hit refer to those genes that mutated more than once in the same sample.
