Ethanol concentrations obtained using the CO2 LPAS system from the respiration of four varieties of Golden, Gala, Granny Smith and Starkrimson apples over a period of 35Â days. The variation of the ethanol concentration from apples over a storage period of 35Â days manifested an increase in ethanol emission for all four varieties of apples especially for Gala and Starkrimson.
