Comparative sensitivity assays to predict the detection limit of Rathayibacter toxicus using multiplex endpoint PCR with and without internal controls. Lane 1–7 are tenfold serial dilutions of genomic DNA from 1 ng to 1 fg; lane 8 is non-template control (NTC; water). Qiagen multiplex kit was used for these sensitivity assays. E1.
