Phylogenetic trees built on the large (A) and small (B) segments. The phylogenetic trees were built using the whole genome segment under the maximum-likelihood method and the GTR-I-Γ4 substitution model with the 1000 bootstrap replicates. The trees show two groups of arenaviruses, one from the Old World (OW) and the other from the New World (NW). AnRB3214 (in blue) forms a cluster with Mobala, which is supported by a bootstrap value of 100. The phylogenetic trees were built in MEGA X v10.1.1 (https://www.megasoftware.net/).
