Visfatin concentration in the porcine blood plasma. Concentrations of visfatin in the porcine blood plasma was determined during the estrous cycle on days: 2–3, 10–12, 14–16 and 17–19 (A), during early pregnancy on days: 10–11, 12–13, 15–16 and 27–28 (B) and compared between early pregnancy and days 10–12 of the estrous cycle (C). The hormone content in blood plasma was evaluated using ELISA. Results are presented as means ± SEM (n = 5). Bars with different superscripts are significantly different (one-way ANOVA at p < 0.05 followed by Tuckey post hoc test at p < 0.05).
