Activation of BMDC with GLA innate immune modulator. BMDC from C57BL/6 (left) and Beige (right) were stimulated with increasing concentrations (0.1–100 ng/mL) of GLA-AF (blue circles) and LPS (red squares) or equivalent volumes of AF (black triangles), and after 48 h surface stained for activation markers. CD11c positive BMDC cells were evaluated for the percentage of cells co-expressing (a) CD40, (b) CD86 and (c) MHCII.
