ID91 + GLA-SE and BCG prophylactically protect against pulmonary M. avium 2-151 smt infection. Cohorts of C57BL/6 and Beige mice were prophylactically immunized i.m. with GLA-SE, or ID91 + GLA-SE or i.d. with BCG and subsequently challenged with M. avium 2-151 smt.
