Comparisons between the identified ETEC phage-plasmids and other similar phage-plasmids using blastn. a) pAvM_E1649_9 is a P1-like phage-plasmid here compared to Enterobacteria phage P1 (Escherichia virus P1; NC_005856.1) and pEC2_5 (E. coli strain EC2_5; CP041960.1). b) pAvM_E2980_29, a phage-plasmid similar to the pHCM2 (Salmonella Typhi strain CT18; AL513384.1) and SSU5 (Salmonella phage; JQ965645.1) in Salmonella Typhi. Blastn comparisons were made using BRIG36 (v0.95, http://brig.sourceforge.net/) with the thresholds indicated to the right of each plasmid comparison. Selected phage and plasmid annotations are shown in the outer ring.
