Changes in the sizes of three-dimension (3D) organoids of human orbital fibroblasts (HOFs) preadipocytes (DIF−) during the 3D cell culture in the absence or presence of Prostaglandin F2α analogues (PGF2α-ags). The mean sizes of the organoids of HOFs preadipocytes (DIF−) without or with 100 nmol/L Bimatoprost acid (BIM-A) or 100 nmol/L PGF2α were measured at Day 1, 2, 3 or 12, and compared among the treatment groups. All experiments were performed in triplicate using fresh preparations consisting of 16 organoids each. Data are presented as arithmetic means ± standard error of the mean (SEM). ****P < 0.001 (ANOVA followed by a Tukey’s multiple comparison test).
