Representative confocal immunofluorecein images of the expression of collagen1 (COL1) in three-dimension (3D) human orbital fibroblasts (HOFs) organoids. At Day 12, 3D culture organoids of HOF preadipocytes (DIF−) and their differentiation (DIF+) in the absence or presence of 100 nmol/L Bimatoprost acid (BIM-A) or 100 nmol/L PGF2α were immunestained with specific antibodies of COL1 (collagen1, green), DAPI (blue) and phalloidin (red). Scale bar: 100 µm. Representative confocal images were shown in (panel A), and their staining intensities toward COL1 were plotted in (panel B). All experiments were performed in duplicate using fresh preparations consisting of 5 organoids each (total 10 organoids). Data are presented as the arithmetic mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM). *P < 0.05, ****P < 0.001 (ANOVA followed by a Tukey’s multiple comparison test).
