Visual comparison of specific results of five different methods. Ground Truth: green labels = immunonegative nuclei; red labels = immunopositive nuclei. In results: gray area is an object classified as immunonegative; white area is an object classified as immunopositive. The IHCtoolbox and Unet methods allowed only the detection of nuclei, and hence, all the objects are presented as white.
