p-ERK staining in clinical angiosarcoma samples and impact on survival. A tissue microarray with 60 unique clinically annotated angiosarcoma patient samples was stained for phospho-ERK. 26 (44%) stained positive, 27 (45%) stained negative, and 7 (12%) had focal staining (A,B). There was no correlation between phospho-ERK staining and overall survival between cases with low (0–1) phospho-ERK and high (2–5) phospho-ERK (C, p = 0.88). Survival was assessed using the Kaplan Meier method and log rank test in SPSS (statistical software, IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22, Armonk, NY, https://www.ibm.com/).
