Cross-reactivity of MERS convalescent serum with SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. Line connects average ELISA antibody titer values. Each sample was tested in duplicate on the same plate. Positive control is pooled serum from two CoV-2 PCR positive individuals 10–30 days after onset of symptoms. Negative control is from a commercial serum pool.
