  1. The reactions were incubated at 37 ºC, at regular intervals of 15 min for 120 min. Results are presented at periods of 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120 min of incubation. The qualitative scale of proteolysis resistance is based on SDS-PAGE gels visualisation: -, no resistant (only fragmentation bands); + , partially resistant (protein and fragmentation bands).
